VAMSL: Virtual AI/ML Summer Laboratory

4-5 July 2024

An essential goal of PhD training is to provide students with opportunities to start international scientific collaboration at the early stages of their scientific careers.

The Virtual AI&ML Summer Laboratory (VAMSL) aims at meeting this goal. The summer school will last two days, during which PhD students will have the opportunity to present current research activities and projects, showcase ideas, and identify common points of interest. The VAMSL will be focused on the Horizon Europe project that we have submitted in March 2024. The main incentive for international partners will be the opportunity to use the format of VAMSL to align the research profiles and make preparations for the possible collaboration within the scope of Horizon Europe. The involvement of PhD students in VAMSL will result in the inclusion of the students in the international research from the first stages of proposal preparation.
